Thank you for shopping with auvora. This page explains how and when we ship your order.
Order processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our facility.
Shipping rates & free shipping
- We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders $50+. For orders under $50, rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
- United States (standard): typically 6–10 business days after shipment.
- International: timing varies by destination and customs. Most shipments arrive within 10–25 business days after shipment.
Delivery windows are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, customs, or high-volume periods.
Tracking your order
- Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. If tracking shows movement but seems stalled, it’s usually a carrier delay that resolves within a few business days.
Proof of delivery & missing packages
USPS shipments: Once an order is handed to USPS, their scan confirming delivery serves as proof of delivery to the address provided.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please:
- check around the delivery address and with household members/neighbors,
- look for a notice of attempted delivery, and
- contact the local USPS office with your tracking number to initiate a trace.
- We’ll gladly assist with carrier follow-up; however, orders scanned as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. If you purchased optional shipping protection at checkout, its coverage terms apply.
Pre-orders & split shipments
- Items marked Pre-Order ship on the stated begin-ship date.
- If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, in-stock items typically ship first, and pre-order items ship separately when available. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
Address changes & undeliverable packages
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional postage may apply).
International duties & taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees set by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Order issues (damaged, wrong, or defective items)
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
